Project Overview
Kern Controls was commissioned to design and commission a bespoke Building Management System for a prestigious private residence on Upper Belgrave Street, one of London's most exclusive residential addresses.
The project centred around creating an intelligent HVAC control system using KNX as the core building automation platform, with Polar Bear room controllers providing a refined and intuitive user interface throughout the property. The Building Management System was also fully integrated with the home's Crestron automation system, ensuring building services operated seamlessly alongside lighting, entertainment and wider smart home functionality.

The Challenge

Intelligent Monitoring & Diagnostics
